We offer quick shipping across Canada at the lowest cost. For the most heavy and bulky items, we offer pickup at our warehouse located in Montreal. Our store remains open for orders, repairs and returns.

Worry not, we’ve just partnered with new, exclusive carriers to ship your items to your door in just a few days instead. Most orders will be processed within 2 business days and shipped with express courriers in 1-4 days across Quebec & Ontario. Shipping time will vary depending on where you are located in the rest of Canada.

Considering the huge charges imposed by shipping companies for such heavy and bulky equipment, we’ve decided to absorb a large part of the shipping cost to keep our items affordable for you. Our mission is to keep you all in shape and this is not going to stop us!

Local Pick Up

In order to prevent having to pay for shipping for heavy items, clients also have the option to come pick up their order at our warehouse in ville St-Laurent. Upon reception of your order, we will send an invite by email to schedule a pickup time between 10am and 5pm from Monday to Friday or between 10am and 4pm on Saturdays (ET). The third-party warehouse will then prepare your order for the pickup.

1 Year Warranty on All Products

We stand by the quality and durablity of our equipment with a 1-year limited warranty on all our products. Something breaks? We'll repair it at no cost to you. Need a replacement? We'll cover that, too. For warranty claims or product support, you can contact us here .

Please note that our 1-year warranty does not cover intentional damage or mishandling of equipment. If your item isn't covered by warranty, we'll make replacement parts available at a fixed fee whenever possible. For full information about the warranty, see terms and conditions.
