It arrived so quickly and set up was super easy. I have had it for 3 days and used it every day since. It's awesome for getting my steps in while I watch TV. It's so beautiful too and I love that I can store it away when I'm not using it. It's also super quiet which is awesome for apartment living. I can use it any time of day and not feel like I'm disturbing neighbours. I love it so much.

I love my walking pad so much. It’s quite quiet and compact plus it’s very aesthetically beautiful. The customer service are very friendly and always respond within a few days. Highly recommend for anyone who works at a computer all day. I was on back to back calls and ended up walking 16,000 steps! Never would have been able to do that without my ascend walking pad.
