CanadaWell worth the money
Easy to assemble . After using the Concept 2 rower at my gym I had an idea of what type I wanted at home . I actually prefer the R-200 rower - the foot rests feel more secure for me and the display screen is user friendly . Plus I love having the ability to mount my IPad so I can use rowing apps .

CanadaIl y a juste un petit défaut: c'est une anneaux pour le velcro qui retient le pieds. À la première utilisation, l'attache c'est détaché de l'anneau, elle c'est détacher à la 2eme utilisation aussi. J'ai du replacer l'anneau avec une perd de pince. Mais pour le reste. C'est parfait. ( si vous avez une nouvelle attache pieds je suis preneur. Merci 👌👌

L’assemblage très simple à suivre Je l’utilise déjà 4-5 x semaine et j’adore l’utiliser. En ce qui concerne la résistance, pour mes besoins je trouve le niveau parfait. Ça me permet de varier selon le type d’entraînement que je désire faire.

Rower works well, has a good range of resistance available for progressive growth! Sturdy equipment. Removed one star because one of the pre drilled holes was not in the correct spot and we had to modify it.
