Shipping Options

We offer quick and free shipping on our cardio equipment to most destinations within Canada.

For the most heavy and bulky items, shipping costs may vary depending on the items and your location. We also offer our client the option to pickup their order at our warehouse located in Montreal. 

If coming to our warehouse is not possible, worry not! We have just partnered with new, exclusive carriers to ship your items to your door in just a few days instead. Most orders will be processed within 2 business days and shipped with couriers in 1-4 business days across Quebec & Ontario. Shipping time will vary depending on where you are located in the rest of Canada.

Eligible Cardio Equipment: Our free shipping offer extends to a range of cardio equipment designed to elevate your fitness journey. This includes treadmills, elliptical machines, exercise bikes, and rowers. We believe in providing you with not just quality products but also a seamless delivery experience.

Destinations Within Canada: The good news is that our free shipping offer applies to most destinations within Canada. Whether you're in the bustling city or nestled in a quieter corner of the country, we strive to bring the benefits of free shipping to you.

Free shipping may be blocked for some postal codes in remote areas of Quebec and outside the province. Shipping charges may apply to these postal codes. Please contact customer service if this is the case for you.

We do not accept P.O. Box delivery as many couriers refuse to deliver to P.O. Boxes. 

Pick up service at our Montreal warehouse

Clients also have the option to come pick up their order at our warehouse in ville St-Laurent. You will receive an invite by email to schedule a pickup time between 10am and 5pm from Monday to Friday or between 10am and 4pm on Saturdays (ET). The third-party warehouse will then prepare your order for the pickup.
