CanadaGreat piece of equipment.
The Elliptical is just as nice in person as it appears on their website. Shipping was incredibly fast, I ordered on the weekend and it was delivered to me in Ontario on Tuesday, two business days later. Assembly wasn't too bad, a couple steps were frustrating to try and do with two hands, so I recommend having a helper. I LOVED that the hardware was put into separate bags for each step, it made it much easier to be sure you're using the correct bolts for each spot. I would definitely buy from Ascend again and recommend to friends.
CanadaLove L200 Recommend
Size is great for my limited space. Smooth n quiet strides. Found the instructions to connect the 2 cables in the main tube were tricky to understand. Once you connect the cables, gently pull the cable to lock them together properly. Hoping will make sense when you come to that step. Cables connecting the monitor should be revisited to conceal them more than left hanging out. Those were the only two issues I found putting unit together. Discovered a 5" crack during unpackaging. Reported to CS the unit was damaged. CS was on it with a solution. Very pleased with their service! I never 5* anything, nothing/no one is perfect. Highly recommend L200 and love the white color options!!
