Warranty

We source and sell high-quality, durable equipment. In fact, we’re so sure of this, that we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all of our products. If your equipment breaks, we’ll repair it, at no cost to you. If a complete replacement is what’s required, we’ll cover that, too.

We don’t replace equipment that’s been damaged due to mishandling. This includes, but is not limited to, dropping, or purposely damaging the equipment. Our team holds the right to determine if your damaged item is covered under warranty and we evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

If the warranty doesn’t cover your item, a replacement part will be made available for a fixed fee, whenever possible.
