The weight range of the 16 increments is as follows (in lbs):

CanadaSlick and easy to use.
I haven’t had much experience with adjustable weights and these seem great. They only pickup the weights they need reducing bulk and overall length. Very smart. Basically magic how they work.

J'aime ces haltères et l'économie d'espace pour mon appartement, la prise en main, la facilité de changer le poids , le prix en promotion, la possibilité d'aller jusqu'à 70lbs, en somme très bien et ils font le travail attendu. Ce qui manquerait pour avoir 5 étoiles : - Les connecteurs entre les poids sont en plastique, bien que les poids sont soutenues par la barre en métal qui s'allonge en augmentant les poids, je me demande sur un très long terme s'ils y en a pas par accident qui vont briser. Je ne recommanderai pas de laisser « drop » ces poids. - 2e éléments négatifs : j'ai un 2,5 livres qui reste souvent accrocher lorsque je soulève un haltère, alors je dois vérifier chaque fois s'il est rester accrocher sinon j'ai un 2,5 livre de plus dans une main qui pourrait possiblement tomber lors d'un exercice.

I've been using them for a few weeks now and love them. As others have said, you need to make sure they are lined up correctly to change the weight (no big deal, you get used to it). It would be nice for the weights to be listed in KG and LBS (it's only in LBS), but I just printed a conversion chart and stuck it to the wall. It would be nice to have smaller increases in weight between some of the disks. I love the look and feel of them. They're not bulky. They are quick and easy to change. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Love these. After using them for a couple of weeks, I can say I love the design and feel. Only thing I wish was different is the weight increment is an awkward 5.5lbs per turn. Also, just noticing that if you don't place them down perfectly, and set them, it can throw the mechanism in a jam. I had to fight with it for 5-10mins to get it to unjam maybe because it wasn't perfectly set? Otherwise. Love it. I do recommend so far. Time will be the true test.
