CanadaSlick and easy to use.
I haven’t had much experience with adjustable weights and these seem great. They only pickup the weights they need reducing bulk and overall length. Very smart. Basically magic how they work.

Perfect addition to my home gym. Weight feel great in the hand. I don't really feel a difference compare to a regular dumbell. Quick and easy change of the weight. 2 small details. A little bit more difficult to put back in place especially when you're tired after a set. Got to concentrate morebthan I tought to realign it correctly. Also, I wonder how long the plastic pieces will last, wouldn't have tought they're were anything plastic on these. Overall, if you want dumbell and are short on space or budget, get them!

I’ve had these dumbbells for a year now, I was VERY skeptical about ordering any adjustable dumbbell and everyone told me to go with the “tried and true” bowflex. After looking online at the construction of those vs these I determined that these are BY FAR more robust. The plates are steel. The locking mechanism is steel. These hold up to “routine” banging around as well. One thing that was also a huge selling factor that some may not consider is these go from light to heavy (small to big) like a “normal” dumbbell would. Those other ones that you turn on the end to adjust the weight, they are the same overall size whether they’re 5lbs or 90 lbs. which makes doing some exercises awkward. Especially for my wife whom never uses more than 25 lbs. she can use normal “small” dumbbells. Her workouts would be significantly impacted if her 20 lbs dumbbell was now the size of a 90lbs in length. Given that these adjust from the inside you also get a regular flat dumbbell plate end, which is appreciated when you sit them on your leg before doing a press. These dumbbells look, and feel like any normal dumbbell so there’s no sacrifice there. Overall I think they’re the best on the market and I was especially happy to support a Canadian company.

The built-in mechanism is made to offer convenience and will last a long time if maintained carefully, however, bear in mind these weights cannot be treated as roughly as one would with regular hex dumbbells.
